• The AQL for your order, and the inspection level it is applied at
• How defects are classified: critical, major and minor
• Measurement tolerances for every point of measure
• The approved counter sample as the reference
• Fabric and garment tests, where your market requires them
• Who inspects before dispatch: our final random inspection, your own team or a third party

Defect definitions vary from buyer to buyer. Yours, in your quality manual, are the ones that apply; the quality page explains the classes.

• Buttons and trims: how securely they must be attached
• Cords and ties: where they are allowed and how long they may be, under your market's rules
• Small parts and embellishments: how they are secured
• Labels: care, fibre content and size, as your market requires
