General
Our storyWhat kind of manufacturer is Anmol Garments?
A woven ready-to-wear manufacturer with an office at Masjid Bunder in Mumbai and a manufacturing facility at Bhiwandi. We take programmes from design and sampling through embroidery, bulk production, quality assurance and packing.
Do you work from our tech packs?
Yes. We work from buyer tech packs, sketches or physical reference samples, and can develop patterns in-house where a full tech pack is not available.
Who will we deal with day to day?
One named merchandiser owns your programme's communication, from the quotation to dispatch. Inspection and quality questions go to our dedicated QA department.
How do we start?
Through the quotation form, or by email to info@anmolgarments.in. A short first message is enough: our merchandising team replies with the questions that shape your quotation, and the tech pack or sample can follow.
Product
What we makeWhich product categories do you manufacture?
Woven ready-to-wear for girls and boys, with ladies, ethnic and mens ranges. Our current production is concentrated in kidswear: boys shirting and girls frocks, dresses, tops and bottomwear.
Is there a catalogue for ladies, ethnic and mens?
Not a public one. Ladies, ethnic and mens catalogues are shared directly with buyers on enquiry, and styles in those ranges are developed to your brief.
Can you develop a style that is not shown online?
Yes. The styles online are real girls and boys production, shown so you can judge our construction and fabrics. They are a reference, not the limit of what we make.
Which sizes do you produce?
Sizes follow your own size chart and grading. The size range for each style is confirmed against the programme.
Can you add embroidery or printing?
Yes: hand embroidery, Kaht work, computerised embroidery and piece printing. Tell us where the work sits on the garment and send the artwork; it is costed with the style.
Sampling
The sampling stagesHow long does sampling take?
Sampling time varies by construction and fabric availability. We confirm a sampling schedule with the quotation so you can plan your critical path.
Which samples will we receive?
Proto and fit samples while the style is developed, salesman samples where your programme needs them, and a counter sample for final approval before bulk.
Do you charge for samples?
Sample charges, and whether they are adjusted against a bulk order, are confirmed against the programme.
How many sample rounds are included?
It depends on how many fit comments each round raises. The rounds included in your quotation are confirmed against the programme.
How should we give fit comments?
Measure the sample against your chart, number each comment, say whether it must change, and send one consolidated list per round.
MOQ
Minimum order quantities, explainedWhat is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on fabric, construction and the amount of value addition. Share the style and target quantity and we will confirm against your specific requirement.
Does the minimum apply per style or per colour?
It follows how the fabric is bought: a fabric dyed or printed for you usually carries its own minimum per colour. How the minimum applies to your programme is confirmed against the programme.
Can a first order be smaller than a repeat?
Ask with your enquiry. Whether a trial quantity is possible for a style is confirmed against the programme.
How can several styles reach a minimum together?
Sharing one fabric or colour across styles, limiting colourways in a first order and keeping to one embroidery or print design all help a smaller programme reach a workable quantity.
Fabric
Material libraryWhich fabrics do you work with?
Cotton, viscose, rayon and polyester run most often in current production, alongside poplin, cambric, georgette, voile, twill, linen, Lycra blends and yarn-dyed fabrics across the ranges.
Do you source the fabric?
Yes. Fabric and trims are sourced against the approved sample from our regular fabric vendors. If you nominate a mill or supply fabric yourself, the arrangement is confirmed against the programme.
Can you develop a custom print or yarn-dyed check?
A print can be applied to cut panels by piece printing, or bought as a printed fabric from a mill. A custom yarn-dyed check or stripe is a mill development, woven from dyed yarn. Minimums and timing for either are confirmed against the programme.
Is the fabric tested?
Testing follows your specification: tell us the tests your market requires, such as shrinkage or colour fastness. Which tests are run, and where, is confirmed against the programme.
Quality
The quality systemWhich AQL do you inspect to?
The AQL is agreed with each buyer; no single level is applied to every programme. Each order is then inspected against the AQL agreed for it.
At which points are garments inspected?
In line while the style is being stitched, at the end of the line, in measurement and fit audits, and in a final random inspection before dispatch.
Is work from partner units held to the same standard?
Yes. The same QA department and the same agreed AQL cover every order, whichever line or partner unit stitched it.
What happens if a lot fails inspection?
How a failed lot is reworked, re-inspected and reported to you is agreed in advance and confirmed against the programme.
Production
Cut, sew and bulk productionWhat is your production capacity?
Combined capacity is 700,000 pieces a month across our in-house Bhiwandi facility and more than 30 partner jobworker units operating in parallel. Capacity is confirmed per programme against your delivery window.
What does parallel capacity mean?
A large programme does not queue on one line. It is split across our Bhiwandi floor and partner units working at the same time, then brought back to one inspection standard.
What are your lead times?
Lead time depends on the fabric, the value addition and the quantity, so it is set style by style. The production schedule is confirmed against the programme with your quotation.
How will we know where production stands?
Your merchandiser reports progress against the agreed schedule. How often, and in what form, is confirmed against the programme.
Is more capacity coming?
Three more units are scheduled to open from December 2026: Asmeeta Textile Park (Bhiwandi), Chembur (Mumbai) and Jaipur (Rajasthan).
Export
The export routeWhich export markets do you supply?
We supply export buyers in Spain, France and the United Kingdom, alongside Indian retail programmes.
Do you prepare export documentation?
Yes. Export documentation is prepared as part of dispatch and handed over with the goods. The document set follows your requirements and is confirmed against the programme.
Which shipping terms do you work on?
Shipping terms are agreed with the quotation and confirmed against the programme.
Can you work with our freight forwarder?
Name your forwarder with the order. The handover point and timing are confirmed against the programme.
Confidentiality
How your designs are protectedWill you sign our NDA?
Yes, before any collection, tech pack or costing is discussed. If you do not have one, we provide a mutual NDA.
Could our designs appear in your catalogue or on this site?
No. Styles developed for you are not shown to other buyers or published, and photographs of your product appear only with your written approval.
Who inside the company sees our tech pack?
The people on your programme: its merchandiser, the pattern master and QA staff. Partner units see only what their operation needs.
Can we ask you to delete our files?
Yes, at any point. We confirm once it is done.
Audits
Preparing an audit visitCan we audit the factory?
Yes. We host buyer and third-party audit visits at the Bhiwandi facility. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Which certifications do you hold?
None is listed on this website. If your programme requires a specific standard or certificate, name it with your enquiry; where we stand against it is confirmed against the programme before the first order.
How do we receive compliance documents?
They are prepared against your vendor onboarding checklist and sent to your sourcing or compliance contact before the first order. Ask your merchandiser, or email info@anmolgarments.in.
How should we prepare for an audit visit?
Send the audit type, the checklist you audit against and your proposed dates in advance, and agree the scope in writing before the visit.
Packing
Packing requirementsCan you pack to our retailer's specification?
Yes. Folding, polybags, labels, tickets and cartons follow the specification you send, so goods arrive retail-ready.
Do you mark cartons and provide packing lists?
Yes. Cartons are marked to your instructions and each shipment goes with its packing lists.
Who supplies labels, tickets and polybags?
Whether you supply them or we source them to your artwork is confirmed against the programme.
Can packing be checked before dispatch?
The final random inspection takes place before dispatch. Tell us with your packing specification if labels, polybags and carton marks must be verified as part of it.
Quotations
What we need for a quoteWhat do you need to quote?
The style as a tech pack, sketch or reference sample, the fabric, the quantity per style, any embroidery or print, and your delivery window. Packing requirements and a target price sharpen the costing.
How soon will we hear back?
Usually within one working day of your message. The quotation follows once the style is clear; if it needs a sample or fabric development first, we say so.
What does a quotation cover?
A price per piece against the specification you sent, with the assumptions it rests on: fabric, quantity, value addition and packing. Payment terms are confirmed against the programme.
Can you work to our target price?
Send it with the enquiry. The costing is worked against it, and if meeting it means changing the fabric, value addition or packing, we show you where.
