Sending a tech pack to a new supplier means handing over unreleased product. These are the working practices that apply from the first message, before any order is placed.
Our confidentiality commitments
NDA before designs change hands
We sign your NDA, or provide a mutual one, before collections, tech packs or costings are discussed. Ask for it with your first message and it is returned the same working day.
Designs are never shown to other buyers
Styles developed for you are not shown in our catalogue, sent as references to other customers, or displayed on this website. Any photography of your product is published only with your written approval.
Controlled internal access
Tech packs and specifications are shared inside the business only with the merchandiser, pattern master and QA staff working on that programme. They are not circulated to the wider floor or to partner units beyond the operation being performed.
Secure transfer and storage
Files uploaded through this site are transmitted over TLS and stored outside the public web root with randomised filenames, so they cannot be reached or guessed through a browser. Only permitted document types are accepted.
Defined retention
Enquiry files are retained only while a programme is live and for a reasonable commercial period afterwards. Ask us to delete your files at any point and we will confirm once it is done.
One named point of contact
Each programme has a single named merchandiser accountable for communication, so specifications and revisions do not scatter across informal channels.

What we do not claim
The practices above are operational commitments, not certifications. We do not currently hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 or any equivalent information-security certification, and we do not claim formal GDPR compliance. Where your onboarding process requires audited standards, tell us which and we will discuss the gap honestly rather than declare a badge we have not earned.
