The floor
A style crosses the floor in the order of the production line: cutting, value addition, stitching, inspection, finishing and packing. Each section passes on only what has cleared its own check.

Cutting floor
Marker planning and bulk cuttingFabric is spread in a lay, the marker sets out every pattern piece across its width, and the lay is cut in one pass. The panels are bundled by size and colour and move on.

Embroidery
Multi head, hand work and Kaht workPanels that carry value addition are worked flat, before they are stitched: hand embroidery, Kaht work, computerised embroidery and piece printing.

Stitching lines
In-house and partner assemblyGarments are assembled on the lines at Bhiwandi and, when a programme needs the capacity, on partner lines in parallel, all built to the same approved sample.

Quality inspection
A dedicated QA department checks garments on the line, at the end of the line and as a finished lot, against the measurements and the approved sample, before anything is packed.

Partner network
Capacity that runs
beside our own.
30+ jobworker units, engaged programme by programme and inspected to the same agreed AQL as our in-house lines.
Capacity, to scale
What a month looks like.
Every stitch in the field below stands for 1,000 pieces: 700 stitches make the month, the combined capacity of the own floor and the partner network.
It shows the size of the figure, not a production schedule. Capacity for a programme is confirmed against its delivery window.
Expansion footprint
One operating facility, three more opening
