The counter sample, signed off in writing
The graded measurement chart, with tolerances
Bulk fabric: shade, handle and any test results
Trims, labels and closures, against the approved sample
Embroidery or print strike-off: size, colour and placement
The packing and labelling specification

If something is still open
Open point	What it risks
Bulk fabric not approved	Cutting waits, or bulk is cut in a fabric you have not seen.
Size set not approved	A grading error repeats on every piece in that size.
Artwork not final	Embroidery cannot be programmed and print cannot be set up.
Packing specification missing	Finished goods wait at the end of the line.
